Return Period
You have up to 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.
Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in original condition, without signs of use or damage.
- All labels must be intact, and the item must be in the original packaging.
- Products such as underwear, personalized accessories, or discounted items are excluded from returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate the return process:
- Send an email to info@sevanno.com with the subject "Return Request".
- Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product description
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 48 working hours with the necessary instructions.
Return Costs
The return costs (shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and refunded via the original payment method.
- The original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item, follow the same return process and specify the desired item in your initial email.
Exceptions and Non-refundable Items
- Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns of items damaged by improper use.
